XRP is currently trading at $1.38, reflecting a 2.46% decrease over the past 24 hours. This decline has brought the cryptocurrency to a critical support level at the 200-week exponential moving average (EMA), which stands at $1.37.
Analysts warn that a drop below this key threshold could indicate a long-term bearish trend for XRP. Should selling pressures persist, the next support level would be the 20-week EMA at $1.27.
Despite the recent price dip, XRP is witnessing a significant uptick in ETF inflows. On August 28, XRP ETFs recorded $26.20 million in inflows in just one day, according to data from SoSoValue.
For the week ending August 28, XRP ETFs experienced a remarkable total of $110.49 million in net inflows, marking the highest weekly figure since December 2025. This surge in investment interest has been particularly driven by Bitwise, which reported $59.95 million in weekly inflows, followed closely by Franklin Templeton with $28.7 million.
Currently, all five US-listed XRP ETFs boast combined net assets of approximately $1.44 billion, representing about 1.66% of XRP’s total market capitalization of $87.43 billion.
In terms of market indicators, the Relative Strength Index (RSI) is currently at 51, suggesting a slight advantage for bulls. However, the downward trend of the RSI line may indicate a potential weakening in buying momentum.
Part of the selling pressure may be attributed to traders who purchased XRP around $1.00 and subsequently sold after it peaked at $1.66, leading to profit-taking that is affecting prices in the short term.
Rising Network Activity
On-chain metrics reveal a growing number of receiving addresses, which have climbed to 926,320, alongside an increase in transaction activity. While this surge suggests heightened network engagement, analysts caution that the sustainability of this growth remains uncertain.
Evernorth Moves Toward NASDAQ Listing
In a significant development, Evernorth, the XRP treasury company, has received SEC approval to go public on NASDAQ through a merger with Armada Acquisition Corp. Shareholders are set to vote on this listing on September 30.
Evernorth currently holds 473,276,430 XRP, valued at approximately $672.3 million, which constitutes about 0.473% of XRP’s circulating supply.
Market analysts are closely watching the price action as XRP approaches its rising 300-week moving average, located near $1.03. Historical patterns suggest that maintaining this level could lead to renewed accumulation, with potential price targets reaching as high as $2.00–$2.80, and highly speculative long-term targets of $15, $27, and $50.
The coming weeks are pivotal for XRP as it navigates this critical support level while benefiting from rising ETF inflows. The market’s response to these dynamics will be crucial in determining the future trajectory of XRP’s price.
